All reservations require credit card guarantee due at time of booking. Foreign citizens and Colombian living abroad are free of taxes when contracting a Tourist Packages (Room + service). Local Colombian Reservations will be charged 10%.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one nights room and tax.
